Chef Bao La \u201cAnh Ceramics products fit in our concept for Vietnamese food in ST25 by Koto. We were strapped for time and they were able to quickly adapt to supply for our restaurant opening. At the Anh Ceramics factory, almost steps are done by hand by the artisans. From mixing the clay, pouring the clay into the mold, mixing the glaze to packaging. We use technical technology and machinery to support capacity and productivity.
